I want to send a sincere THANK YOU out to the BHS Alumni Association for honoring me with an Achievement Award in the arts for Four By ONE. It was a great evening at Undo's and a privilege to meet Colonel Carl Johnson.

About the Author

Dave was born on October 6, 1956 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Dominic and Dorothy Liberati. A lover of athletics, Dave was a three sport athlete at Ohio’s Bellaire High School, and went on to play football at Brown University his freshman year. Throughout his lifetime, Dave Liberati coached numerous youth sports—baseball, girls’ softball and basketball, and boys’ basketball. He was a junior high school football coach from 1983 to 2003. He served as both a high school football referee for nine years and local track official.

Today, Dave enjoys golf and running. He has completed several half marathons over the years as well as the Columbus Marathon in 2013 and 2015. He is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
